Appreciate that they offer such small prints. Was putting together a gallery wall that included a section of small frames with pics of our pets. Cutting the image down from a standard 4x6 wouldn't work so loved that they had a 3x3 option.
I ordered prints from Petite Progress in early October, hoping to display photos of my sweet dog, Gigi, during happier times at a celebratory memorial we were planning for her. Unfortunately, the pictures did not arrive on time, which forced us to postpone her memorial and made an already heartbreaking time even more difficult.
However, the way this company handled the situation completely turned my experience around. I reached out to customer service and received a response from the General Manager, Gregory Hunter. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. He immediately acknowledged the issue, took full accountability, and committed to resending the prints right away while providing me with the USPS tracking information.
When the package arrived, the quality of the pictures was absolutely wonderful. To my surprise, they had even included two extra prints, which was such a thoughtful and welcomed gesture.
The compassionate follow-up and care I received from Gregory proved to me that Petite Progress genuinely cares about their customers. They have absolutely earned my future business, and I will be highly recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you, Gregory Hunter, for your outstanding service and for a job well done!
Excellent
Color was a little off
If you are looking to reproduce a black and white photo from the 1930s or 1940s (which I was), then this is the place for you. The back and white hues in the prints matched the originals exactly. The paper and sheen were also much closer to the original than what you get from local one-hour types of services. Well worth paying a bit more and getting prints that reflect the true beauty of this type of historic photo
nice to not have to deal with bizarre cropping from popular vendors
Very good quality.
Great quality! Will be purchasing additional prints in the future.
The materials were great, the pictures were amazing and the service was quickly.
