Our Commitment to Quality

At Petite Progress, we take pride in delivering museum-quality photo prints. Every order is carefully inspected before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes things don't meet expectations, and we're here to help.

Eligible for Reprint. We do not offer returns.

We will gladly provide a free reprint if:

Print defects: Scratches, smudges, color banding, or other printing errors
Shipping damage: Products arrived damaged, bent, or water-damaged
Wrong order: You received incorrect prints or sizes. Different from what was ordered.
Quality issues: Significant Paper defects
Missing items: Your order arrived incomplete

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Email info@petiteprogress.com with your order number
Include photos showing the issue (for quality or damage claims)
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution

Refund Options

For eligible claims, you may choose:

Full refund: All our orders are non-refundable. Customized, personalized orders are not refundable. We may offer a free reprint.
Free reprint: We'll reprint and reship at no charge
Store credit: Receive credit for future orders if your order arrived late (Usually 20% to 40%)

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

Low-resolution or blurry source images (we provide resolution warnings during upload)
Color differences due to monitor calibration vs. actual print colors
Change of mind or buyer's remorse on correctly printed orders
Orders placed more than 30 days ago
Prints that have been displayed or framed (unless reporting damage)

Pro Tip: To ensure the best results, please review our size guide and resolution recommendations before ordering. Our preview tool will alert you if your image resolution is too low for your selected print size.

Return Shipping

For quality issues or our errors, we do not require you to return the defective prints. Simply provide photo documentation of the issue. We do not accept returns for Photo Prints and/or any other customized/personalized product.

Processing Time

Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
Reprints: Shipped within 3-4 business days of approval
Store credit: Applied immediately
