Ordering & Uploading

What file formats do you accept?We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files. For best results, upload the highest resolution version of your photo (original from your camera or phone).

Is there a maximum file size?Yes, files can be up to 50MB each. This is plenty for even the highest resolution photos from modern cameras.

How many photos can I upload at once?There's no limit! Upload as many photos as you need. You can also save drafts and come back later.

Can I edit my photos before printing?Our tool allows basic adjustments like cropping and rotation. For advanced editing, we recommend using your phone's photo app or a free tool like Canva before uploading.

What sizes do you offer?We offer 24 sizes from 1x1.25" to 17x22". View our complete Size Guide for details on each size.

What paper options are available?We offer four finishes: Luster (most popular), Glossy, Matte, and Metallic (premium). Learn more in our Paper Guide.

What's the difference between Luster and Glossy?Luster has a subtle sheen and is fingerprint-resistant. Glossy has a high-shine finish that makes colors pop but shows fingerprints more easily.

Will my photos get cropped?It depends on your choice. Borderless prints have slight edge cropping. White Border and Smart Borders preserve your full image. See our Borders Guide for details.
Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?Standard shipping is 5-7 business days, Priority is 3-5 days, and Express is 1-2 days. Most orders print and ship within 1 business day.

Is there free shipping?Yes! Standard shipping is free on orders over $25.

Do you ship internationally?Currently we ship to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon.

How are prints packaged?All prints ship in rigid mailers to prevent bending. They're wrapped in tissue paper and sealed against moisture. Large orders ship in reinforced boxes.

What if I'm not happy with my prints?We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, contact us and we'll reprint your order for free or issue a full refund.

What if my prints arrive damaged?Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll reprint and reship at no cost.

How long do prints last?Our Fuji Crystal Archive paper is rated to last 100+ years when displayed under glass and away from direct sunlight.

What makes your prints "professional quality"?We use the same Fuji Crystal Archive paper and lab equipment used by professional photographers. Vibrant colors, sharp details, and archival longevity.

Do I need an account to order?No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save drafts, view order history, and reorder past prints easily.

What do you do with my photos?Your photos are encrypted during upload and used only to fulfill your order. We never share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose. Files are deleted after 30 days.
