Production Time

All orders are printed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped the next business days.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

We ship to all US states and territories. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other territories may require additional time and fees:

  • Standard: 7-10 business days, $4
  • Expedited: 5-7 business days, $14

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and times vary by location:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days, starting at $20
  • UK/Europe: 10-18 business days, starting at $20
  • Australia/NZ: 12-21 business days, starting at $30

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Packaging

Your prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Small prints (up to 5x7): Flat rigid mailers with protective sleeves
  • Medium prints (8x10 to 11x14): Flat rigid mailers with protective sleeves
  • Large prints (16x20+): Flat rigid mailers with protective sleeves

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Lost: Contact us after 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international)
  • Damaged: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Stolen: File a claim with the carrier; we may be able to assist

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet shipped.
